Saron will celebrate “God’s work. Our hands.” on Sunday, September 25. Saron members and friends are encouraged to wear their bright yellow “God’s work. Our hands.” t-shirts to worship, and stay afterwards to clean Saron’s adopted section of the highway.

Twelve highway cleaners would be ideal—two for each mile of one side of Highway 36. We hope to invite Strasburg students to help make up our crew of twelve while they work on fulfilling their volunteer service requirement.

Our plan is to meet in the parking lot of Peak Vista (55981 E Colfax Ave, Strasburg) after worship at about 9:45 a.m. (so that our parking lot is available to Iglesia de Dios congregation) and work for an hour or so. Following the clean-up, we will provide lunch for all our highway cleaners at Subway.

So that we know how many student volunteers to request, please sign up in the worship folder if you can help clean the highway, or email Saron to let us know you're coming. Thank you!
